Mobbing is one of those things that shame humanity. A workplace should be a place when people does work in harmonic co.operation, in mutual trust and respect. But not all of us are so fortunate. A friend of mine, I learned today, was forced to resign from his position by the concerted pressure of mobbers who wanted him out of the way. He couldn't bear it no more. Why all this? I'll tell you, lobbying, political manoeuvres ans sheer envy. Those things just shouldn't happen. I've been mobbed myself, I know. And yet, we make such nice formation courses about communication, and co-operation. Maybe we should cut deeper in some festering situations...
